This was our First development for Enabling Homes and Greater Places in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

This project was a refurbishment of 6 self contained apartments for Greater Places who offer an assisted living basis for tenants.

The works included strip out works, asbestos removal, rot remediation works, flat roof replacement works, pitched roof refurbishment, new external windows and doors, replacement kitchens, replacement bathroom and external works. The building has then had a full specification compliant fitout in line with Greater Places operational requirements.
