A development for Enabling Homes and My Space Housing Solutions in Pellon Halifax.

This project was a change of use application for an existing HMO building into 6 self contained apartments and office accommodation for My Space Management who offer an assisted living basis for tenants.

The works included a full rip out back to shell, upgrade of the thermal envelope along with asbestos removal, rot remediation works and structural repairs / alterations. The building has then had a full specification compliant fitout in line with My Space operational requirements.

This was our fourth project for this Client.
